Why study mathematics?
A good place to start is by watching this wonderful video called 'The Map of Mathematics'. It does a brilliant job of showing you just how important, hugely varied and useful mathematics is.

Further maths students also study A level maths with just other further maths students. This more easily allows the study of maths and further maths alongside each other and enables more opportunities for stretch and challenge
You are issued with text books to support the course as well as access to the electronic versions of the text books
