Title: Senior Send Off -Save the Date

  • Materials for Senior Folder (give to parents on Thursday)

  • Conference Sign Up (For Rescheduling on March 11th - if unable to make it for Senior Send off on the 6th) 

Procedures: 

Save the Date ~ Senior Send-off 

1. Instead of traditional individual Spring conferences, a Senior Send Off informational meeting for 12th grade students and their parents is schedule for Thursday, March 6th at 6:00 p.m. in the PPAC

1. 1. 1. • Please SAVE this date! Be sure you take work off and inform your parents!

         • Senior Connections Teacher will organize folder to give to parents with important materials, including:

           • • Senior Year Checklist

             • Senior Calendar

             • Transcript

             • Save the Date for Senior Awards

             • DMACC Information

             • Midterm Grades

             • DMACCMidterms/Edgenuity Progress Reports (if applicable)

2.  If students/parents are unable to attend Senior Send Off Meeting, a traditional individual Student Parent Advisor Conference will be schedule on the 2nd night of conferences,  Tuesday, March 11th.  Rescheduling Conference Sign up

3.  Review slideshow together
