Professional Learning Communities are a group of "educators that work collaboratively and take collective responsibility for the success of each student" (DuFour, 11).
These teams plan and collect data centered around 4 questions:
What do we want students to know and be able to do?
How will we know when they have learned it?
What will we do when they haven't learned it?
What will we do to extend the learning when they already know it?
