Zoom allows for screen sharing on desktop, tablet and mobile devices running Zoom.
- The host and attendee can screen share by clicking the Share Screen icon.
- The host does not need to grant screen share access for another participant to share their screen.

1. Click the Share Screen button located in your meeting controls.
2. Select the screen you want to share. You can also choose an individual application such as a whiteboard or applications that is already open on your desktop.

- The annotation tools will appear automatically, but you can press the Whiteboard option in the meeting controls to show and hide them.
- Use the page controls in the bottom-right corner of the whiteboard to create new pages and switch between pages.
- Lastly, ensure that annotation is enabled as shown if you allow participants to use annotation tools to shared screens.
Under Settings > In Meeting (Basic) > Annotation.
3. When you start sharing your screen, the meeting controls will move into a menu that you can drag around your screen.

Note: Only follow these steps if you are screen sharing a video clip. If you are not sharing a video, make sure you turn off the option to optimize for full-screen video clip.

3. Click Share.
4. Start playing your video in full-screen while sharing your screen.

- Click Optimize Share for Full-screen Video Clip to enable it.
