Steps to sign in and activate your Zoom account

Before getting started, please take note.

During the signing up, you may have received an alert regarding this issue. Click on Switch to the new account to continue.

Follow the guided steps to sign in and download the Zoom desktop client

Step 1:

Download and install the latest Zoom application (ZOOM Client for Meetings)

Step 2:

Upon completing the installation, open the Zoom application and click on Sign In.

Step 3:

Click on Sign In with SSO.

Step 4:

Type ntu-sg under the Company Domain and click on Continue.

Step 5:

You will encounter a pop up message. Click Open Zoom and you will be redirected to the university’s login page. Type in your username and password to Sign in and ready to use Zoom.
