If your workspace at home isn’t quite so tidy, you can apply a background to virtually clean up the real clutter. Here’s how to get start:
Step 1: Launch Zoom desktop client on your computer and go to the upper right-hand corner of your display to launch the Settings menu.
Step 2: Select Virtual Background in the left menu pane.
Step 3: After you do that, you can choose from a number of built-in background. A live preview will show how you will look in front of the background.
Step 4: To choose your own custom background, click on the + icon next to Choose Virtual Background. The option will let you upload your own custom photo for use as a virtual background.
The Zoom Scheduler Chrome Extension allows participants to schedule Zoom meetings directly from Google Calendar. Using the extension, you can start an instant meeting or schedule a future meeting. The meeting join link and details are sent via a Google Calendar invitation so the attendee can join with a single-click from the calendar.
Before you can schedule meetings using the Chrome extension or directly in Google Calendar, you need to install the Zoom Scheduler extension from the Chrome Web Store. Click Add to Chrome in the upper right of the extension window.
