BLIS is a microsite that aims to support Blended Learning@NIE by not only being the one-stop avenue for official information and initiatives on Blended Learning, but also to scaffold and spark new ideas in the creation of a Blended course through the Blended Learning Toolkit.

These modules serve faculty who:
are users of Blackboard and have, at minimum, used Blackboard to supplement their face-to-face courses with online content delivery;
are interested in teaching a blended course or a couple of online lessons when the need arises (e.g. a pandemic occurs)
This provides the tech know-how for faculty who are:
new to NTULearn and learn the basic of Blackboard features;
familiar with Blackboard and wish to explore other options available, and which one to choose;
familiar with Blackboard and need just in time information in using the tools.
