Motivation comes and goes. At times, it seems to completely disappear. Other times, it needs a 'pick-me up' or a reminder of WHY we are doing what we are doing.
But motivation begins with finding your WHY and then setting the proper goals both long-term and short-term to accomplish your WHY.
