Then we will move forward with the Chicano Movement, beginning with Yo Soy Joaquin and Viva La Causa
From here, we will review the various other groups, including women, LGBTQ, Asian-Americans and Native Americans.
Finally, we will be asking each student to work in groups to present a more detailed history of the group of their choosing, the current issues and a plan of action to support these groups. - Many of these topics can be found at Debate Topics
