Palm is accepting 5th, 6th, and 7th graders from across Moreno Valley USD. There are 2 steps to apply:
Complete the Intra-District Transfer Form below if Palm is not your home middle school.
Complete the Inter-District Transfer Form below if you are from a district other than MVUSD
Complete the Palm STEAM Academy Student Application Form below and let your grade 5 teacher know so that we can reach out to them as needed!
Please submit one application per student. To request a copy of your student application, use your student's Chromebook to submit the form.
