There are 37 children in the classroom and each student has a different voice level. During discussions that require questions and answers. Some students spoke lowly. Therefore, when the teacher does not hear or does not understand clearly. The teacher asked the student to repeat the question again and moved closer to the student who answered the question in order to hear the voice more clearly.

This will make students want to learn and want to answer.
Learning is organized by having students read the content of the topic that the teacher will teach first. This way, students study the content before class and do not waste time reading content in the classroom. Likewise, teachers can assign group work topics for students to research on topics that each group has been given before class. Teacher provides support for students when they need it.
Use peer teaching as a classroom management strategy. Student top performers can help engage and educate disruptive and struggling students. Peer teaching activities, such as a group or pairing students together as reading buddies, can be especially beneficial for students who suffer from low confidence and poor interpersonal skills.
