YEAR 8's
The year 8 and 9 students have been busy attempting a science challenge to add some creativity and fun to the science they have learned. This was their opportunity to find science in their everyday life to investigate questions using skills learned. They used technology to create videos, add annotations, voice overs, etc. to explain their ideas. Here are some of their entries. The top entries have been awarded house points and these will be added to the running tally for house points each week.
We hope you enjoy watching them!

For the second IMYC Unit, the year 8's chose seeds from bashful grass, catgrass, basil, or thyme, planted it and tracked its progress over the course of 10 weeks. They nurtured it with water and sunshine and watched it grow. This is what they have produced.
