OPPORTUNITY:
Cirque Workshop
Due to the nature of the workshop, there are 3 things student's must do to be able to participate:
Students must signup/register in person. Signup is in the Trade Center hallway near Meeting Rooms 103/104. Signup is Thursday during the dinner break (Yellow Track 4:30pm – 6:00pm |Blue Track Sign-up: 6:00pm – 7:30pm )
To signup, students must bring the completed form (link below) in hard copy and have their ThesCon badge.
This form MUST be signed by the Thespian and their Parent/Guardian even if the Thespian is 18. The signatures represent an agreement to respect and abide by all rules and instructions listed below and given verbally in the workshop. NO FORM = NO PARTICIPATION = NO EXCEPTIONS
Capacity for each workshop is limited and time slots are reserved on a first-come basis. If you miss this sign-up period, you are welcome to come back prior to any of the workshop sessions to inquire on open slots.
You can get form from Sandrew!
Expectations...
Students are asked to check in with Sandrew at every hour and a half (every time block). Students that do not check in get to spend the rest of the trip with Sandrew!
Check in by sharing your photo where you are (at a workshop, at lunch, etc).
Students must attend workshops or Thespys and performances when they are scheduled, not loiter around the conference or town.
If your student has special needs (medications you'd like administered, etc) please contact Sandrew to make these arrangements.
