My paper is about how the Communist Ruling in Vietnam, also known as the VCP (Vietnamese Communist Party) is inefficient in its ruling. The stimulus materials this year focuses around nostalgia and history, so I want to write about my home country and the negative effects from Communism under multiple aspects.
