How Might We Question:
How might we design a submarine or remote tool to explore the deepest parts of the ocean without harming marine life?
Problem:
Did you know humans have mapped more of the Moon's surface than the bottom of our own oceans? The deep ocean is dark, freezing cold, and under extreme pressure, making it one of the hardest places on Earth to explore. Scientists believe thousands of undiscovered creatures live down there! As an Ocean Engineer, your mission is to design a deep-sea exploration device or ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) that can withstand high pressure, navigate pitch-black water, and collect data without disturbing fragile underwater ecosystems.
