Problem:
Every day at lunchtime, school cafeterias throw away pounds of uneaten food, along with hundreds of plastic wrappers, milk cartons, and disposable utensils. Much of this waste ends up straight in a landfill! You’ve been hired as a School Sustainability Consultant. Your goal is to investigate where the biggest waste happens in your cafeteria and invent a creative solution—like a food-sharing station, an automated sorting system, or a fun challenge that encourages kids to pack zero-waste lunches.
