On the afternoon of 18 January 2023, the Erasmus coordinators held a meeting with the Spanish families and students.

The topics discussed were as follows:

• General information about the Erasmus project and this group mobility. Objectives, theme of the project. Dates. Development of the project. 

• The website of this project as a means of communication and dissemination. The WhatsApp group as a way of immediate communication with students. Communication protocol between families and Erasmus coordinators.

• Academic issues.

• Economic issues. How our Erasmus grant works. Issues related to food, transport and timetables of the students during the reception of mobilities.

• The planning of activities for the reception of Swedish students and teachers. Proposal for a family get-together on Saturday, 11th February.

• Permission for families to share data with families and Swedish school.

• Special cases (food intolerances, mixed accommodation, hostel accommodation).

• Question and answer session for families. Doubts and queries.
