Un projecto que se llama The Music of the Spheres no podía ser tal sin una sección musical específica. Además de trabajar el inglés desde la asignatura bilingüe de Música, hemos ido un paso más allá. Hemos conseguido que la letra de la música vaya al plano y del plano a la partitura, para volver hecho música de nuevo.
Obtenemos esta magia girando 90º la representación gráfica de la canción -en este caso, Michelle, de The Beatles- en sentido antihorario: una música bastante diferente de la original. Además, la canción ha sido escogida por combinar inglés y francés. Miren y escuchen.
A project called The Music of the Spheres couldn't be such without a dedicated musical section. In addition to working on English through the bilingual subject of Music, we have gone a step further. We have managed to incorporate the lyrics onto the paper, and from the paper into the score, returning as music once again.
We get this magic by turning 90º counterclockwise the graphic representation of the song -in this case, Michelle, by The Beatles. A music quite different from the original. Besides, the song has been chosen because it combines English and French. Watch and listen.

Por otro lado, basándonos en la representación gráfica de los poemas, se ha relacionado el código alfabético asignado a cada rima (ABABA CDCD ... etc.) al sistema de nomenclatura anglosajón de la notación musical.
En dicho sistema, A=LA. B=SI. C= DO. D=RE. E =MI. F=FA. G=SOL. H =SIb.
De esta forma, los alumnos han aprendido dicha nomenclatura de manera práctica.
Tras esta primera fase, hemos traducido este código musical al de tablatura para guitarra,
abriendo otro campo más a la comprensión de diferentes códigos musicales.
En la última fase del proyecto, los alumnos han interpretado las melodías resultantes en grupo de metalófonos y xilófonos.

On the other hand, based on the graphic representation of the poems, the alphabetic code assigned to each rhyme (ABABA CDCD ... etc.) was related to the Anglo-Saxon nomenclature system for musical notation.
In this system, A=LA. B=SI. C= DO. D=RE. E =MI. F=FA. G=SOL. H =SIb.
This way, the students learned this nomenclature in a practical way.
After this first phase, we translated this musical code into guitar tablature,
opening up another field to the understanding of different musical codes.
In the final phase of the project, the students performed the resulting melodies in a group of metallophones and xylophones.
