Practicum in Engineering II (Full year) (2 credits)
Knowledge and skills learned:
Apply engineering design process, math, science, and engineering standards to hands-on projects like designing a new toy or improving an existing product
Utilize circuit design processes to create combinational logic and sequential logic (memory) as electrical engineers do in industry
Respond to design challenges using mechanisms, hydraulics, strength of structure and materials.
Construct simple autonomous and remote controlled robot using basics of simple machines, gear ratios, coding, and hardware/software interface
Research, design, and test solutions to real-world problems
