The schedule above provides guidance into the timeframe these lessons should be taught and practiced.
Students will work at their own pace and completed according to their skill in typing.
Students should practice 15 minutes at least 3 times per week.
Digital Literacy Reminders:
Use technology in a positive, safe, and appropriate way.
Treat the laptop with care - Keep the lid closed and use two hands when carrying it.
Follow directions - Only open programs or websites with parent or teacher permission.
Asking for help - What should you do if you have an issue with Tyesy? What should you do if something is broken?
Teacher Notes:
Teachers will be asked to complete keyboarding as a whole group and actively monitor students for correct usage.

Typesy will adapt to the student’s needs, adjusting to easier or more challenging based on student performance.
Getting Started with Students:
Students should use headphones with this product.
Login to the computer and ClassLink. Students can use QuickCards to log in.
Click on the Typesy icon.
Students will see their Typesy dashboard and will Click on the ‘Typesy Little Ones’ tile
Click Start
Students will see the Typesy units, click the tile, and click ‘Start’ to begin.
Students will be directed to the lesson they left off on once they return to the Typesy program.
