This special team embodies physical fitness. These cadets work out twice on a weekly basis, to prepare for fitness competitions. They compete in a variety of events, such as pull ups, mile run, relay race, etc. They also train for the Cadet Challenge in the Spring. Cadet Challenge consists of five events: Push-ups in a minute, Sit-ups in a minute, Mile Run, Shuttle Run, and Flexibility Test, known as the V-Sit. The Team is split into two parts: Male and Female, as there are different regulations for each Team.
