Open Premiere Rush

Select Create a New Project in top left corner
Or: open a project you’ve already started. They’re all displayed on this main home screen.

Locate on your computer the media that you want to use in your project. They can be video, images, or audio.

Select the files that you want to edit.
Note that numbers appear in the order that you click: Media is added in the order that you select it. You can adjust the order later.
Also note that the first video you select will create the settings for the project. Make sure the first video you select is similar to the other videos you recorded, in size

Click on “Untitled” next to Project Name, near the bottom, and rename to something related to your project

Select Create in the bottom right corner
The workspace is the series of windows and tabs and buttons that make up Adobe Rush.
The timeline is the line of clips at the bottom of the screen.
A clip refers to a single video recording. You’ll see some black bars in the clips, don’t worry, that’s just how Rush shows what clip it is.

Preview your project by selecting the play button (or the space bar).
or “scrub” through by moving the blue playhead.

Zoom using the bottom scroll bar to zoom in and out of the timeline. Select and drag the circle on each end to enlarge or shrink the size of your timeline

Home button in the top left opens the Home screen, where you can rename, delete, or open current projects and can create new projects.

Adding media:
To add more videos, images, or audio to a project:
Click Add Media button (blue circle with plus sign)
Navigate to the media assets you want to add.
Select clips in the order you want them to appear in your sequence.
Click the Add button. Clips are imported into the Project panel and added to the sequence in the selected order.

Adjusting portrait to landscape: Premiere Rush sets video orientation based on the media you import, but you can change orientation from landscape to portrait or square in the Edit panel by choosing Orientation from the Playback And Sequence Options menu button.
