Campus Map

Download the my.Clemson Smartphone App to your phone for an interactive map of campus and easy directions. Once in the map portion of the app, search by name or item to get directions. You can search by building name, bus route, gender neutral restroom locations, parking, retail, recreation sites, visitor sites, and much more!

MOVING IN, MAIL SERVICES & PATS

MOVING IN

We are working to ensure your apartment will be ready for your arrival! Please contact your supervisor in order to coordinate arrival date and time. Driving directions can be found on the Clemson University website or through the My.Clemson smartphone app. Ask for the best GPS arrival address from your supervisor, it will vary upon your campus living location!

Basic furniture is provided in each apartment. If you will be bringing any of your own furniture, please let us know in advance. Furniture provided includes the following: In the main bedroom, a queen size bed, wardrobe and nightstand. In the second bedroom (if applicable) a set of student furniture including a twin size bed, student desk and chair. In the living room there is a couch, chair, end table and entertainment stand. Furniture varies by apartment. For specific questions, please contact your supervisor.

ESA: Emotional Support Animal

Please ensure you have filed appropriate paperwork with Student Accessibility Services (SAS) prior to bringing an ESA to campus. Information can be found on their website.

Once paperwork is complete with SAS, Housing is notified and we will follow up with you prior to your arrival to campus to ensure plans are in place for your ESA.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (PATS)

You may park in student parking until you are given your supplemental (summer) parking pass on July 7th.

Please purchase your student permit online on PATS website here.

Purchase the pass no later than July 7th at noon!

Since this is a summer temporary employee permit, all graduate staff will still have to purchase their student permit for the academic year via the online process.

STUDENT MAIL SERVICES

Mailbox: You will be provided a campus mailbox located in the University Union. Access to these boxes will be emailed to you directly from the post office approximately mid-July.

Letter mail: Student mailboxes are accessible anytime for letter mail pick up.

Packages: Digital package pick will be utilized for boxes and larger than letter size mail. The bank of lockers is located in the McAlister hallway closest to Wich Wich, inside the building. When your package arrives, it will be placed in a locker and you will be emailed the digital combination for pick up. Access to McAlister and the lockers is available during the hours open for meals. Package pick up is requested with in 48hours of receiving the locker code. If your package remains longer, it will be removed and stored at student mail services in the union for pick up during their business hours. Any package not retrieved within 21 days will be returned to sender.

What to Pack

Below you will find some suggestions of what to pack and what to leave behind as you prepare for your move to Tiger Town!

PACK

Personal Computer (Optional): You will be provided a laptop from Housing & Dining for your work.

Television/Cable: Satellite High-Definition TV Service and Internet is provided in every community except Core Campus and Douthit, where television is accessed through Philo. A SmartTV or other streaming device can also be connected.

Laundry Supplies: All community machines use high-efficiency products. Their usage is free of charge and available for your use 24/7.

Fan: Air conditioning is provided but fans can provide additional cooling if preferred.

Bedding/Linens: All apartments include a queen-sized bed. Some communities also have a spare bedroom including a twin XL bed, check with your supervisor regarding your apartment.

Personal Belongings: Clothing, kitchenware, electronics, toiletries, etc.
