Training & Development

Our Training & Development Philosophy

Our peer leaders (PAL leaders and ASC Tutors) are current undergraduate students who have successfully completed the course(s) they support. They engage in extensive training* on learning theory, facilitation techniques, and campus resources. Both programs offer a multi-tiered developmental pathway, allowing leaders to continue evolving in their role each semester.
