ADMATEL is the Philippines' most advanced national testing facility, founded by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). Their objective is to strengthen and modernize our local semiconductor electronics industry's and other associated sectors' failure analysis and materials testing facilities. The semiconductors and electronics industry is the largest contributor to the country’s manufacturing sector’s revenue and employment growth. Thus, the DOST established this company to respond to the industry’s need for Failure Analysis laboratories in the country.

It also aims to deliver shorter analysis times at competitive service costs in order to attract potential investors looking for a more friendly business climate. It aims to increase relevant visibility locally and regionally, provide fast and accurate analysis, achieve cost-effective operation, become a center of excellence in materials testing and failure analysis, and actively support emerging industries as well as SMEs or small and medium-sized enterprises in their technical and materials testing needs. ADMATEL is an accredited laboratory that guarantees 24-hour results, to be cost-efficient, highly competitive, and technical personnel.
The company's recent successful transfer from PNS ISO/IEC 17025 in 2015 to the new ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 edition further equips ADMATEL in its testing, calibration, and sampling services. This achievement provides ADMATEL with additional skills and confidence in meeting laboratory test criteria both locally and beyond the ASEAN region. Since the company’s founding, it has demonstrated its capabilities in meeting the testing needs of its expanding clients in both the local and academic sectors.
ADMATEL provides a 100k clean room which means they monitor the temperature, humidity, and particle count at several points across the laboratory. They closely adhere to electrostatic discharge protocol. Their PPE and laboratory furniture are all particularly designed to avoid the development of electrostatic charges by sending them into the ground in a very safe and regulated manner.
