Parents drop off your children ages 5 to 11 and go and enjoy an evening to yourself to take a rest before school starts for the fall. Children will enjoy games and art activities and a snack!

Mark your calendars for this special day when there will be information about fall small groups and Sunday School Classes. We will also celebrate kids in our children’s program who are moving up to the next class. Starting on September 6 they will begin in their new classes. Come play trivia, games, bingo, join in prayer, experience teaching, and have an all-around good time centered around the theme of untangling your emotions based on a study by Jennie Allen. Prizes for your bible knowledge. Bring your favorite dish to share and eat a wonderful brunch with other ladies from the church.

Scam Prevention Workshop

‘Hello Grandma!’ ‘Izzy?’ ‘Yeah it’s me. I need help! I got in a little car accident and I need some money.’ ‘Where are you?’ ‘I am ok, I forget your address can you give it to me so I can come to you to get the money?’ As the phone call continued I realized the voice didn’t actually sound like Izzy’s and other details did not add up.
This story was inspired by a true story that was told to me. Have you been scammed or engaged with a scammer attempting to take advantage of you? Come to this workshop to learn tips on how to be aware and see a scam right away.
