This workplan was developed by first identifying the community and members therein.
The next step was to identify a shared vision. The shared vision consisted of six areas of focus the community had in common and were capable of acting within.
Finally, as a result of work plan communications, action started and forward moment was created. Existing activities were iterated and new activities developed.
This workplan will be utilized in two West Virginia counties, Pendleton and Pocahontas, and one Virginia county, Highland. This workplan is currently setup as a template for the county's Convention & Visitors Bureau to use for planning in coordination with technical assistance coaching.
