Here are a variety of videos and activities....Check them out if you are looking for a workout or something to do.
Remember to warm up before exercise. If something is too tough, take it slow or stop until you feel comfortable doing the activity properly. Be sure to make sure your parents approve of what you are doing! Home schooling is giving you an early look at what it is like to have to motivate yourself to stay fit. Remember, something as simple as staying active and playing can be great exercise.

Good Morning!

Every time I am out jogging or walking I see a ton of people out walking dogs. If you have a dog you could take your dog out for a jog. That would be great exercise for you and your pooch! Old spot will probably out jog you and it will be something different.

Back in the day, when I went to school, I would sometimes see people playing this game called Chinese Jump Rope. It might be something you would find interesting.

If you are stuck inside and you like to dance, this video has 4 or so different types of dance. It's pretty cool looking and has mascot cam! It is long so find a dance you want to work on and try it if you fancy. You guys might have already seen it.
