Here are a variety of videos and activities....Check them out if you are looking for a workout or something to do.
Remember to warm up before exercise. If something is too tough, take it slow or stop until you feel comfortable doing the activity properly. Be sure to make sure your parents approve of what you are doing! Home schooling is giving you an early look at what it is like to have to motivate yourself to stay fit. Remember, something as simple as staying active and playing can be great exercise.

Build foot speed and work on hand eye coordination with these simple drills. These are great for most sports!

You asked for more stuff, you got it! Be careful with this one. If things are uncomfortable, take them slow until you get them. Also, be sure to take water breaks if needed. This is a good body workout that will make you sweat and you need no equipment.

VOLLEYBALL DRILLS

If volleyball is your thing, this will kind of give you an idea what a good practice would look like. It will also give you an idea of drills you can work on to improve your skills. Remember, footwork and fundamentals makes the athlete.

This link will take you to a speed and agility workout poster. You do not need any equipment; you can use lines on the ground, chalk (if outside), small items or cones, or even your imagination. Use good athletic form and remember to pump your arms! This type of workout is good for most sports (Warm up and stay hydrated).
