The purpose of this website is to give you and your parents some options of age appropriate workouts/activities. Some of these are for different age groups so they might not all be for you. I know these are challenging times for students and families and I just wanted to try and help give you some options. Check out the site and find something that suits you.

Just because you do not have friends to practice or train with doesn't mean you have to stop practicing. This is actually the best time to fine tune your abilities and fundamentals!



Find a body fitness workout and try to get some exercise! 60 minutes a day.
