Mind Matters Minutes is a free, virtual self-regulation series, created especially for students by the Dibbles Institute. It consists of nine short video practices from the acclaimed Mind Matters program. Each practice presents a skill to reduce reactivity and build resilience. The content, taken from the Mind Matters toolkit, includes: Focused Breathing, Peripheral Vision, Body Scans, Emotion and Thought Breath, Wheel of Awareness. The videos run under 10 minutes, including a brief introduction and questions to prompt critical thinking. Feel free to share these videos with anyone you'd like!
