Applications Steps to Apply to Ohlone College

Register For Events

Pre-Steps: Verify Identity 

Every Senior Student who is currently 18+ will have to Verify there Identity. This is to Ensure protection against fraud. This is just an extra step before you can submit an Application but we can get through this together!

I would advise students to do this in the privacy of your home with your parents as you will be providng personal info that needs to be physically  present such as a SSN#. 

For those that don't have a SSN#   they will have to speak to a Video Chat Agent through there laptop/phone. I know this could be intimidating however, this is being done at all community college not just ohlone college. 

No personal information will be shared with any outside sources. This verification is solely  or the purpose of the application. 

Student also must have a Cell Phone number from a provider - google voice will  not work. - Updates are still to come.

Create a CCCApply Application 

Please Create an account if you have not already. You will need to use a personal email. 

If  you have taken any Early College or Dual Enrollment classes you should have an account. Make sure if you used your FUSDK12 email to log in to change it to your personal email in your settings BEFORE submitting an application. 


Submit an CCC Apply Application

Do you plan to take Summer Classes? Or want to attened the Summer Bridge Program? Apply to Summer term. If you are taking Summer off Apply for the Fall Term.

Once you submit an Application please fill out the google form with you CCCID# AND Confirmation. This is so I can keep track of your application to communicate with you about any errors or further steps!

wait to hear from Ohlone about next steps to registering. You should recieve and ID# in 2-3 days. 

MyOhlone and Student ID#

Once you have your ID# follow through with the steps to create your MyOhlone Account, Student email, and take the SELF placement/orientation.

If you have not recieve your Ohlone ID# After 2-3 days of submitting a CCCapply Appilcation please email me. You might have to do some extra steps. alopez62@ohlone.edu


Register for Freshman Days

Once you have you have acess to your Myohlone, ID# and have taken the self placement PLEASE register for Freshman days to utlize Priority Registeration. This means YOU get to pick classes before anyone else. Classes can fill up fast!!! take advantage this opportunity. 



Class of 2025, Class of 2026, and Class of 2027! Learn how you can start taking College Class with FREE tuition below!

High School Programs

High School students can take college classes now! with Free Tuition ($40 fee)

Freshman Days 

Seniors Interested in Ohlone College can attened Freshman Days! This is an opportunity to see the campus, connect with other students and couselors and be able to pick your classes!
