What is the Green Library Club?
It's a group of 4th and 5th grade students who help me in the library.
I'd like to have 3 - 4 student helpers every my workday. (Students help one day a week at lunch recess.) First, you'll learn how to shelve books, so you can not only help me shelve books but also help other students find books. You'll eventually help me make bookmarks, decorate a bulletin board, set up the Book Fair, put call #s on spines, etc. We'll have monthly lunch meetings in the library. (Yes, you get to eat in the library!)
Everyone can help me in the library, but not everyone can be a Library Helper because it requires commitment to be one. So, please take this position seriously.
