How to Request Time Off
First you will need to login to your UKG Pro
Next go to Myself > Time & Attendance (Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off or the Time & Attendance page will not open)
Your Time & Attendance page will open and you should see the following.
You will select Request Time Off.
A calendar with the current month will appear.
Click on the day that you wish to take off and a New Time off Box will open.
Select the small magnifying glass next to type and select 'PTO' or 'Unpaid Time off'
For Half Days; You can click Partial Day and enter the exact time you wish to take time off.
For Multiple Days; you can change the 'From' and 'To' dates.
Once you have filled out all information click OK
Once you have clicked OK the calendar will appear with a orange circle on the day requested.
You will then need to hit Submit for the request to be sent for Approval.
When you hit Submit the Orange Circle should change to Blue indicating that it has been sent and is Pending Approval
If you need to cancel a request you can click on the Blue Circle and select Cancel (the Circle will turn Red) then hit Submit (the Circle will disappear)
