A background tells us where we are, what time of day/year/season it is. (It's not just coloring it in) Are we at your house? In school? In the woods? Is it summer/fall/winter/spring? Is it old-timey? The future?
Whatever you do, DO NOT COPY another artist's work! That's plagiarism.
