A note from Ms. Sewall:

One of our district's goals is to "develop students who are curious, creative, and collaborative problem solvers." As your art teacher, I am committed to helping achieve this goal. Throughout our class activities, you will be encouraged to push beyond your limitations and view "mistakes" as valuable learning opportunities. You will engage in a variety of skill-building exercises, explore your own ideas, learn from peers, and draw inspiration from both historical and contemporary artists. I am excited to get to know you as we embark on this journey of creativity and discovery!
