2) Strategy Description: Teams will plan assessments to address essential standards, determining the proficiency level for all students.

Expected Results: Assessments will address the essential standards so the team can monitor the % of student mastery.

3) Strategy Description: Teams will plan for Tier 1 and Tier 2 instruction and intervention for the essential standards based on the assessments given and discussed.

Expected Results: Instruction and intervention at both Tier 1 and Tier 2 will address the essential standards that were not mastered in previous assessments
