I am excited to be at Tadlock Elementary this year teaching 4th grade ELAR. It's my 28th year in teaching, but my 11th year in Frisco, TX. at Tadlock Elementary School. I am originally from the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, but feel more like a native Texas having lived here for 24 years. I am married to an amazing man of almost 29 years Vincent Hooper, who teaches and coaches at Heritage High School. I have four wonderful children, Vance and his wife Grace, Jovon (21), Vincent Jr. who is in Senior and Ella a 10th grader at Heritage High School. I also have two sweet Morkie babies, Max and Jax.
When I am not teaching I enjoy the “Friday Night Lights” with the Heritage Football Team and the Lady Coyote Girls Basketball Team. I love writing, music and art. I love plants and trees. We are a family who loves to travel together, creating new life experiences.
I am thrilled to be a part of your family’s journey during your child’s 4th grade year. We are going to grow as leaders and readers. I know working together with you, it's going to be a great year.
