Cassidy Dorain

Welcome to second grade! My name is Cassidy Dorain and I am so excited to be your teacher this year!

I was born and raised in Southern California and completed my degree in Elementary Education and Psychology at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. 

I moved to DFW in 2023 and am excited to be starting my 4th year teaching 2nd grade at Scott! In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends, playing & listening to music, and crafting. I also have two cats named Neptune and Jupiter!

It is my goal to inspire a love for learning in my students' lives and empower them to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I look forward to meeting you and to having an amazing year!
