Me siento muy emocionada por tener la oportunidad de aprender junto a nuestros pequeños de primer grado.
Soy originaria de la Ciudad de México y en 1997 me gradué de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana con una licenciatura en Arquitectura. Estoy casada con Gabriel desde hace 28 años, y juntos hemos formado una hermosa familia con tres hijos: Gabriela (25), Andrea (23) y Fernando (20).
Hace nueve años comencé a trabajar en el Distrito Escolar de Frisco, donde he tenido la oportunidad de enseñar en los niveles de preescolar, primero, segundo y quinto grado. Inspirada por nuestra comunidad de estudiantes hispanohablantes, decidí continuar mi formación académica con una maestría en Currículo e Instrucción, así como con la certificación en Enseñanza Bilingüe, en la Universidad de Texas A&M East.
Me considero una persona apasionada, positiva y creativa. En mi tiempo libre disfruto reunirme con amigos, ir al cine y viajar. También me encanta cocinar comida mexicana y de otros países, así como aprender sobre diversas culturas y tradiciones.
Agradezco de antemano su confianza para acompañar la educación y el cuidado de sus hijos. Estoy a su disposición para atender cualquier duda o inquietud. Dear Families,
I am truly excited to have the opportunity to learn alongside our wonderful first graders.
I am originally from Mexico City, and in 1997, I graduated from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana with a degree in Architecture. I have been married to Gabriel for 28 years, and together we have built a beautiful family with three children: Gabriela (25), Andrea (23), and Fernando (20).
Nine years ago, I began working in Frisco ISD, where I have had the privilege of teaching at the preschool, first, second, and fifth grade levels. Inspired by our community of Spanish-speaking students, I decided to further my education by earning a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction as well as Bilingual Education certification from Texas A&M University–East.
I consider myself a passionate, positive, and creative person. In my free time, I enjoy gathering with friends, going to the movies, and traveling. I also love cooking Mexican and international dishes, and learning about different cultures and traditions. One of my dreams is to travel throughout Mexico with my husband and children, exploring all of the magical places my country has to offer.
