Hi! My name is Ally Moore and I am excited to be back Ashley Elementary for my 8th year! I taught 5th grade for my first 2 years (math & writing and self-contained) and this will be my sixth year on the amazing 4th grade team! I could not be more excited to start this school year and meet all of my amazing students!
I was born and raised in Anaheim, California with my parents and my older sister, Taylor. Naturally, I am a big fan of the Anaheim Ducks and the Los Angeles Angels (formerly the Anaheim Angels - 2002 World Series Champs!!). I grew up around all sports and played softball for 13 years until college. I moved to Texas in 2013 to go to TCU (Go Frogs!) and have been in Texas ever since. I graduated from TCU in 2017 with my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I am ESL, Gifted and Talented, and Math (Grades 4-8) Certified.
In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family, reading, going to concerts, trying new places to eat, travelling, going to TCU sporting events, and so much more. I am so excited to be a part of the Ashley family and to share my passion for teaching math with my students.
