Mrs. Bendickson
Hi! I'm Lisa Bendickson. I am a native Texan and graduated from the University of North Texas in 1992. I have taught third grade, fourth grade, fifth grade, and been a Gifted and Talented teacher in the districts of Dallas and McKinney. This will be my thirtieth year to teach, my twentieth year of teaching fourth grade in Frisco, and I have been at Ashley Elementary since its opening. (Can you tell that fourth grade is my favorite? 😀) On a personal note, my fabulous husband Buck and I have two amazing and wonderful fourteen-year-old twin girls, Avery and Sydney, who are freshmen this year at Independence. We love to travel, go camping, and spend time at the lake. We have two furry family members as well - Tala and Nova. I am very lucky to both live and work in Frisco and am looking forward to another FANTASTIC year at Ashley Elementary!
