Mr. Li is a Hong Kong-based visual artist who obtained his Master of Fine Arts degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is known for exploring the nexus between virtuality and reality, owing to his years of experience as a concept artist in the CGI animation industry. By reconstructing images with collective data in the forms of sculpture, virtual models, digital drawings, and interactive installations, he embraces the possibilities of reinterpret visual data and translation between various media, while also reflecting our relationship with space, time, technology, and media. His "Soundscape" series, created with environmental sound data collected during Asian Cultural Council Fellowship, has been widely exhibited and collected internationally. His works have been shown at prestigious venues like the Saatchi Gallery (London), CAFA Art Museum (Beijing), MoCA Shanghai (Shanghai), and HKMoA (Hong Kong), reflecting his prominence in the global art scene.
