Band Class

Concert Band/Marching Band

• Students who participate in the Concert Band are also members of the Marching Band.

• Marching Band members perform at all football games and parades throughout the school year.

• All members are required to participate in Band Camp which runs the last two weeks of August.

• Concert Band begins in mid-October.

• Concert Band members perform in a winter and spring concert, festivals, and graduation.

• The following instruments are considered band instruments:

  • Flute

  • Oboe

  • Bassoon

  • Clarinet

  • Alto Saxophone

  • Tenor Saxophone

  • Baritone Saxophone

  • Trumpet

  • French Horn

  • Trombone

  • Tuba

  • Percussion

• If you are a percussionist, you must contact the school to find out when drum line auditions will take place.
