Methodize

Freeport High School is pleased to announce that we have provided students with access to Methodize, an online platform that helps students build their math, reading, writing, and ACT/SAT test prep skills. Students may access their own personal accounts on Class Link.

Students are able set up their own accounts and the program will keep track of  all the work they have completed.  Once they have done so, they can log on anytime.

With Methodize, students can read and listen to math, verbal and writing lessons and each lesson is accompanied by a quiz to test student  mastery. Students have access to over 100 lessons and over 2,000 practice questions, all of them with detailed explanations of the right answer.  Additionally, there are full-length practice tests, shorter evaluation tests, and multiple downloadable study guides.

Students have seen measurable progress when using Methodize, with average score increases of 3-4 ACT composite points and 150-180 SAT total points. Methodize can be accessed at any time of day or night on any web browser. Methodize can be used independently or as a supplement to other ACT or SAT prep.
