IMPORTANT INFO: 

1. From the Parent Boosters: Want to support the band? Feel free to help out with this OPTIONAL opportunity. Help us "Clear The List". All items directly support our band kiddos!

2. Katy ISD Fall Break Oct 9-13. Please note that although school is out, KISD Fine Arts and athletics will still have competitions/games during this break. FHS Band has a football game Oct. 8 AND the Katy ISD Marching Festival is Oct. 10. All performance and attendance policies will still be in effect. We are asking and are expecting all students to be in attendance during this time.

3. On October 3rd, we’ll celebrate our first annual “BoCo”, a special Homecoming celebration created just for Freeman Band members and their plus ones! Get ready for a fun night of music, friends, dancing and fun! More details coming soon!

4. Volunteers - we need you! There are many ways to help. From the Mum shop, to football games, and even marching band practice, your help is invaluable. Use the CutTime link below to sign up or contact president@freemanhsband.org for more info.

5. Carpool: If you are interested in assisting students coming and going to band events from our various neighborhoods, please contact the band directors. We would like to activate the care pool ASAP for the 2026 marching season.
