FCSD Student Support Teaming Structures

Collaborative Teams (Tier II)

Teams are designed to support students and one another with productive dialogue around academic, behavioral, and social-emotional learning needs. The team meets up to 11 times per year to review all relevant data and student progress.

Multidisciplinary Teams (Tier III)

This team is designed to support students with intensive academic, behavioral and social-emotional learning needs. The team meets monthly to review all relevant data and student progress.

2025-2026 Collaborative Learning Teams

Each grade level will meet up to 11 times throughout the year to analyze student data, discuss Tier I academics, and work in a professional learning community to address various grade level and content needs. Periodically, assessment data will be used during these meetings to determine intervention transitions (exit/entrance). Interventions will be progress monitored by identified staff every 3-5 weeks.
