Birthdays

In Kindergarten, we will celebrate each child’s birthday by having a FOOD FREE celebration. ONE ADULT is invited to join our class meeting and read your child’s favorite story to the class. The birthday boy/girl will also get to share an “All About Me” poster during the celebration!

At the beginning of your child’s birthday month you will receive a notice with a date and time to celebrate your child’s birthday, as well as a blank “All About Me” poster. If the suggested date or time is not convenient for you, please contact us to reschedule. Please help your child decorate the poster and feel free to send it into school when it is completed. Please DO NOT send in goody bags.

To ensure that all students get their very special birthday time, July and August birthdays will be celebrated on your child's 1/2 birthday. The parents of these children will be contacted by me to set up convenient date/time for meets.
