Hi, I am Lacey Piersol! I am the school counselor for all students with last names beginning with A-G. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with my Bachelor's in Family Studies. I gained my Masters of Arts in Teaching from EKU in Family and Consumer Science Education and taught for 7 years. While teaching, I completed my Rank 1 in School Counseling and Ed.S in School Administration from the University of the Cumberlands. This is my first year as a counselor at FCHS. I am the 504 Coordinator, Youth Salute Coordinator and Scholarship Coordinator , and I assist both Ms.Wiley and Mrs. Lawhorn with their many hats as well. I am passionate about helping students find the tools they need to be successful and helping create academic & career goals that will set students up for a successful future!
Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, baking and spending time outside! My husband and I have one daughter and a Corgi named Rupp! I am excited to join the Flyer Family!
Hi, I am Morgan Wiley! I am the school counselor for all students with last names beginning with H-O. I graduated from the Georgetown College with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education, and taught for 9 years. While teaching, I completed my Master's Degree and EDS Certifications in School Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. This is my third year as a counselor at FCHS. I am the lead counselor for Scheduling, XELLO College & Career Exploration, NCAA Eligibility Center Administrator, and Dual Credit. I assist both Mrs. Piersol and Mrs. Lawhorn with their many hats as well. My passion is connecting students with resources that help them succeed and helping set academic goals that will set students up for a successful future in both school and their careers. I can't wait to work with you!
On a personal note to help you get to know me better, I have 2 children- Eva and Colt. We live on our family farm and have 2 cattle dogs, a pony, goats, and cattle. I love attending local sporting events so please share your game schedules with me!
Hi, I am Robin Lawhorn! I am the school counselor for all students with the last names beginning with P - Z. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s in Science Teaching and then a Master’s Degree and Rank 1 in School Counseling. As your school counselor, I am here to help you succeed! It is my hope that you will choose a curriculum that not only prepares you for graduation but also for college and/ or a career beyond high school. In addition to assisting students with academic scheduling, I also serve as the coordinator for Social-Emotional Learning Coordinator, Advanced Placement, Dual Credit, PSAT and Governor's Scholars. I assist Ms. Piersol and Ms. Wiley with their many hats as well.
Outside of school, I enjoy running, music and traveling! My husband and I have one daughter who graduated from FCHS and a Boston Terrier! It is my mission as a school counselor to help students to become self-sufficient and establish goals that will bring meaningful achievement to their lives and positively impact the world around them!
