ACT:
All juniors will take the ACT in the Spring at FCHS for free. You can register for other dates by logging on to the site above.
All students who qualify for Free or Reduced lunch can receive up to 2 free fee waivers from the guidance office.
Kentucky Benchmarks for the ACT : English 18, Math 19, Reading 20, Science 23.
Check with your college or university regarding their requirements. Some schools are waiving ACT scores for the upcoming year due to COVID-19 however ACT scores are still used for college class placement, scholarships & other extracurricular activities.

Free ACT Prep & Practice for Students is Available at ACT Academy
CERT
At FCHS everyone will take CERT (College Equipped Readiness Exam) 3 times per year. CERT is designed as a preparatory test which provides feedback for students related to how they may score on the ACT. CERT provides examples on how to solve problems they missed and allows the students to practice. It is a free resource that students are encouraged to use.
